EA Pickleball Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be given for discount, if the discount code is not applied at checkout. This pertains to all memberships, leagues or learn to play lessons.
  2. After two sessions, no refunds will be issued for memberships/leagues/lessons if player decides to drop out for any reason
  3. If a player is injured and is unable to attend the remainder of their program sessions, a refund/credit may be offered at the discretion of Elevation Athletics
  4. An unused monthly membership cannot be refunded or transferred to another month.
  5. Refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee
  6. Refunds may take from 1-2 weeks to process.
